You can check the remaining balance for your purchased product using several methods.

1. Via the Hesab.az portal 
Step 1: Log in to the Hesab.az portal. 
Step 2: Select the &ldquo;Store Credits&rdquo; section. 
Step 3: Click on Baku Electronics in the opened window. 
Step 4: Enter the contract number and date of birth. The information will be displayed on the screen.

2. Via Milli&Ouml;n, eManat, or Bank of Baku payment terminals 
Step 1: In Milli&Ouml;n, eManat, or Bank of Baku terminals, select the &ldquo;Store Network&rdquo; section. 
Step 2: Click on Baku Electronics in the opened window. 
Step 3: Enter the contract number and date of birth. The information will be displayed on the screen.

3. Via ABB or Bank of Baku mobile applications 
Step 1: Open the &ldquo;Pay&rdquo; section in the ABB or Bank of Baku application. 
Step 2: Click on &ldquo;Credit&rdquo; and select Baku Electronics. 
Step 3: Enter the contract number and date of birth. The information will be displayed on the screen.

4. At Baku Electronics branches 
Visit the &ldquo;Cash Desk and Credit&rdquo; section. Provide your name, surname, mobile number, or ID details. Payment information will be provided to you.

5. By calling short number 143 
Contact the operator and provide your name, surname, mobile number, or ID details. Payment information will be provided.

Note 1: The contract number is indicated on the first page of the contract provided at the time of purchase.
