Company History
Baku Electronics began as a single store within the capital city of Azerbaijan and now has a large-scale network of stores within Baku, Sumgait and various regions throughout Azerbaijan. Some of the regions include Nakhchivan, Gandja, Goychay, Khachmaz, Guba, Lenkoran, Jalilabad, Geranboy, Sheki, Zakatala and Shamkir.
The company has gained official distributor authority of “Samsung Electronics” in 1995.
In 2000 the company has gained official distributor authority of “Siemens” home appliances.
In 2001 the company has gained official distributor authority of “Tefal”, “Moulinex”, “Rowenta”, “Krups” little home appliances which belong to “Groupe Seb” group of companies.
In 2003 the company has gained official distributor authority of “Samsung Mobile”.

In 2006 the company achieved official representation of “Samsung IS” and gained formal distributor authority of its all areas.
In 2007 the company has gained official distributor authority of “Lagostina” frying-pan and kettle sets which belongs to “Groupe SEB” group of companies.

We also believe that it is important to reward our customers. Customers that are reliable are provided with Baku’s “Store Card” allowing them to purchase goods on credit basis starting from 6 to 18 months

Baku’s Service Centers
Baku opened several service centers throughout different regions of Azerbaijan providing convenient access to customers throughout the country.
Samsung Service center is located on Azadlig Avenue in Baku, Azerbaijan. All personnel are highly qualified and receive frequent training programs by Samsung Electronics, Siemens and Bosch to ensure top quality performance. These training facilities are located in Moscow and Istanbul.
